2023-01-05 - 0022: We have identified a bug in the migrated mail setup such that new messages received by affected client since the migration were delivered successfully, but then deleted by the server. The bug has been resolved and is no longer occurring, but the messages that were lost unfortunately have been lost such that they cannot be recovered. We do apologize for this and will be crediting all impacted clients on their invoice for the inconvenience. We believe that the new email server will provide our clients with a much improved email service. However, we do acknowledge the inconvenience of the difficulties.

We've retired our old email server and all of our client mailboxes have been migrated to our brand new email server!
Over the course of December 30th + 31st all of our client mailboxes and the emails they contain were migrated over to our new email server. Some clients may need to update their email client settings (Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail, Gmail, etc.). The settings that you'll need are below.
Here are the details you'll need to update your email applications.
POP3 Incoming mail server:
URL: mail.<your domain name>
Username: <full email address>
Password: <your existing password>
Port: 995
Security Type: TLS / STARTTLS
IMAP Incoming mail server:
URL: mail.<your domain name>
Username: <full email address>
Password: <your existing password>
Port: 993
Security Type: TLS / STARTTLS
Outgoing mail server:
URL: mail.<your domain name>
Username: <full email address>
Password: <your existing password>
